French Place houses a diverse group of Austin real estate owners, ranging in all ages and backgrounds. Cherrywood/French Place residents have quick access to ethnic restaurants and grocery stores. French Place is generally known as one of Austin's older neighborhoods, with homes that have character, and over the years Cherrywood/French Place residents have remodeled their homes while maintaining the character of a vintage neighborhood.
