Austin MLS

Information on our Austin home search page is provided by the Austin Board of Realtors, or ABoR. This information is a subset of ABoR's Austin MLS listings. The ABoR Board of Directors recently approved a motion to add language to Article XI, Section 2 of the Austin Multiple Listing Service, or Austin MLS, Rules and Regulations. The rule essentially PROHIBITS member realtors from using the term "MLS" or "Austin MLS" to describe information available to consumers on our website. Therefore, our information is updated daily from a subset of the Austin MLS.

Example: The rule PROHIBITS phrases such as "Search the MLS" or "Search the Austin MLS". Austin Realtors should change to "Search for Homes", "Search for Homes in Austin" or something comparable.
